Visit participating businesses to collect a sticker representing different letter in the word HALLOWEEN. Collect all letters, then use your ballot to choose your favorite pumpkin and the business you feel did the best job decorating and enter for a chance to win one of five prize packages with concert tickets, restaurant gift cards, H Street t-shirts and more!

Once the ballots have been tallied, a 1st and 2nd place winner will be awarded for the businesses with the most votes in the Frills & Chills Decorating Contest and the Pumpkin Promenade Carving Contest. Following, FIVE HAUNT HUNT WINNERS will be drawn at random and awarded with prize packages filled with concert tickets, restaurant gift cards, H Street NE t-shirts and more

DCypher Dance kicks off the Dancing In The Streets portion of the night. Then it’s time for the annual THRILLER flash mob, presented by Joy of Motion and the Atlas Performing Arts Center. Up next is TIME WARP followed by a special THRILLER COSTUME CONTEST. Closing out this block of entertainment is URBAN IMPACT and an encore performance by DCypher Dance
